Shelene Taylor founded Changes in 1987 after graduating from one of the country's leading massage schools with a degree in Massage Therapy. As she improved her technical skills and dedicated herself to customer service, the business grew into the company it is today — a company committed to providing excellence in the realm of massage therapy and body work to our clients. Shelene designed the ambiance and services that Changes offers to meet your highest expectations for comfort and quality. She knows that your experience starts from the first phone call you make until you leave our centre feeling renewed.

An active member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Shelene has served as President, Vice-President and Newsletter editor for the Arizona state chapter and has helped host a state-wide conference on further education for massage therapists. On the national level, she worked as Chair for the Yellow Pages Committee and as Raffle Chair for a national conference.

In her commitment to provide excellent service, our therapists are provided with ongoing education to keep up with the newest techniques. By enhancing their technical skills, therapists are able to provide you with better treatments. Customer Service and Client Retention classes are also a part of the ongoing education the therapists receive.
